Venus & Double Visibility

How can Venus appear in the morning before sunrise, while on the same day setting after the Sun. And this is when the Sun is still in Pisces and Venus in Aries - not even conjoining! This mind-blowing observation inspired our ancestors to see Venus (Inanna) as a warrior goddess.
